Hi, what is "Regulatory Affairs and Inspection program" for USDA establishment? What should it state in?

This program would be how you would handle regulatory affairs and inspections within your facility. 

 

Things that would be included in this policy:

1. how the inspector may enter the facility. 

2. sign in requirements and verifying ID and license of the auditor/inspector. 

3. Who needs to be notified when regulatory agents or auditors are in and how they will be notified. (internal or customers if required)

4. in the event of a regulatory warning/inspection, such as a Form 482, what you would do if you received it. 

5. What you would do when you receive the report from the inspection.
