How to Get a Sanitary Transport Compliance Letter for Flour Shipments
What is the procedure and what are the requirements to obtain a Sanitary Transport Compliance Letter when delivering wheat flour to suppliers?
Assuming this is received in bulk? Do you require seals on the container and record the seal numbers when received? Do your require a truck wash certificate?
Yes, the wheat flour is received in bulk. The company which deliver us the wheat flour does not have the Sanitary Transport Compliance Letter. We are SQF facility. We asked for required wash ticket and they provided a very minimal information paper and by email provided a very rough cleaning procedure. We have LOG from them. Please suggest the procedure.

If you are wanting a specific letter completed by the supplier I would suggest you create the letter and send it over to them to sign. This would be the easiest method.
I would be requesting a wash ticket for each load if not already being done.
