Hi all,

Im currently drafting the cleannig and sanitation scheduel. I'd like to check - is it mandatory to include cleaning both before and after production? Or is it acceptable to schedule cleaning only after production?

Appreciate your input.

Depends on your industry but it might be appropriate to clean after production finishes and disinfect then disinfect again before production starts.  It depends on how sensitive your product is, if the line needs to be dry etc.

Our sites clean overnight after production.  QA performs ATP and visual inspections as a pre-op before production starts the following day.
