I am in need of help and vlarification

I have completed bachelor of food tech and training provider the HACCP have told me that my university degree is applicable and should've qualify me for my HACCP auditor certification.

But after talking to my manager, i am now unsure.

So, do I need to undergo HACCP certification training again from a training provider to get the certificate as sign of completion of the course under global exemplar?

Or is it something i have to apply for to exemplar global for the certification to made by providing my university certificates?
