Sample Interview Scenario for a Quality Manager

for an interview between the food safety and quality director and a potential candidate for quality manager job in one of the company sites what will be the expected cenario (questions and answers)  covering technical capabalities   and management skills

I've only once had a Technical scenario which was around micro results and looking for actions / what next from me.

I've never used a Technical scenario for that level nor had another one for me.  I'd argue because it's not technical skills which worry me nor that I think are lacking in many applicants.  What I tend to look for is influencing skills and resilience.  Most techies know their stuff.  Few can make it happen and fewer still can hang on when facing daily resistance.
