Hi all,

Would like to check if it's acceptable for cleaner to attend the same in-house cleaning n sanitation refresher training annually? Would  this be a concern or raised by the auditor?

The 'refresher' part means it is probably acceptable.

It should still be encouraged to also have some development training on new techniques, materials, understanding etc.  This is not usually a requirement of audits or certifications for most roles though.

Probably acceptable to an auditor.  Probably making no difference to their actual work.  So not likely to get a non con but not likely to improve sanitation.

Would that training be enough to satisfy an auditor if it were a different person each year?

If yes, then I think it would be OK if it is the same person each year.
