Hi there.

Can anyone assist me with clarity for the following finding received in our recent audit.

"ISO22000 Clause 6.2.2 - When planning how to achieve it's objectives for the FSMS, the organization did not clearly determine:

a) what will be done;

b) what resources will be required;

c) who will be responsible;

d) when it will be completed;

e) how the results will be evaluated, as no documented evidence could be provided.

This is really confusing me.

Hi Jeandrelee Naidoo,

This is from ISO 22000 Food safety management systems — Requirements for any organization in the food chain - 6 Planning - 6.2 Objectives of the food safety management system and planning to achieve them

Putting these into a simple matrix can help with this, for example from a) to e) I have headers in my matrix Objective, Additional Resource Required, Responsibility, Target, Completion Date, Monitoring, Review:

Objectives Matrix.png   244.34KB   0 downloads

Add a row for details for the next objective etc.

Kind regards,

Tony
