Hello all - I am in a new space working for a bio tech manufacturer that produces anerobic bacterial strains for encapsulated probiotics.  I have not been in the CFR 111 world prior and wondering if anyone has any resources to share specifically in contract manufacturing (CMO) as I am now auditing and maintaining compliance for several CMO's.  Outside of the general reading up on the CFR has anyone had experience in this space?  I am not new to auditing or CMO's more that I have been in food for the last 15 years.

Any guidance, resources, etc. would be appreciated.

I was given the book called, "Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices, Preparing for Compliance" by William J Meed. It has been a wonderful resource.
