Ingredient declaration in the US and Canada

Good day everyone,

 

Can lemon juice concentrate be declared on the ingredient deck if lemon juice powder is used in processing? Please also help with the link to the regulation that clearly supports this.

There is not specific regulation that says that you cannot

CFIA labelling is your best bet for producing your labelling.   Given that the power is (I'm assuming) dehydrated lemon juice, I would refer to concentrated lemon juice  in the regs
