Hello, we will need a carbon dioxide detector shortly with a Calibration Certificate, largely because we use dry ice in processing and store it for certain time periods.  Was wondering if anyone had any somewhat cost friendly suggestions, any help is appreciated!

Do you mean in pack?  I.e. not for health and safety reasons but for quality or food safety reasons?

If so, not sure where you are in the world but these are the guys who sell Dansensor equipment in the UK and they have things like headspace analysers, leak detectors etc.
