What is "Code of Ethics" document?
Is "Code of Ethics" same as Letter of Guarantee?
I wouldn't think so. This sounds more like a statement addressing how you will conduct business. I know some companies have surveys asking that senior managment sign on to a statement that your company will be ethical in dealing with it's employees, the environment, and other businesses.
Nope. I'm guessing the question comes from something related to the ETI, or a sustainability and business ethics audit like a SMETA.

We have to maintain and communicate ethics expectations with our suppliers as one of the requirements for big customers like Walmart. A lot of the questions seem silly if you operate in the US or western Europe, but you have to assume the same expectations are being set for suppliers who are based in Xinjiang or whatever.
Not the same.
Our Code of Ethics for instance includes how we conduct business, professionalism, anti-corruption, etc.

Agree, this is probably the intent. So including the ETI base code and corruption and bribery would be good but also some manufacturers will include sustainability policies or reference to them.
