Spent Fowl egg allergen risk during slaughter/evis

The USDA recently brought egg allergen concerns during our slaughter/evis process after seeing broken eggs on the production floor that remained in our spent fowls. How are other plants controlling this?

Scheduling of flocks & post-production sanitation is possible but adds additional complexity within line availability that is preferred to be avoided if possible. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
