Cheesy Apple Pie
Started by Simon, Aug 12 2004 02:26 PM
I was given a small apple pie today by a colleague. I ate it but noticed as I got to the last bit that it smelled and tasted a bit like cheese. A colleague who ate one of the pies also experienced this. The pies looked OK and had an expiry date of 06 September 2004.
Anyone know what it could be? Can I expect food poisoning? I can provide more information if required.
Regards,
Simon

You are in deep shxt!
Honestly, what is the problem. If you follow Grandad Temperley's concept of edible foods, you are OK. A bit of xxxx food is good for you mate!
Question: I know you said it tasted like chhese but did it smell? If it smells and you ate it, its probably all right. Most smell emitting "friends" are not so bad.
You will live.

Hi Charles,
I'm still alive. Yes it did smell cheesy. I only accepted one because I thought they were from Marks & Spencer, it transpired they were from Netto.
Hopefully I'lll see you tomorrow.

Simon
