What GMP requirement before go HACCP for secondary packaging industry

Any body can help me in providing me with basic GMP requirement for Packaing Industries before i going to HACCP?

There is the information at the link Charles gave you, but also have you ever seen a copy of the BRC Pakaging Standard? The category A requirements contained in this standard spell out in clear language the prerequisite procedures (GMP's) a manufacturer of secondary packaging should have in place.

BRC/IoP standard is a good guidance for the food contact packaging industries. BRC IoP states that recycled materials shall be appropriately protected against contamination hazards.
