Attached for the perusal of SDF is, an internal audit form that I have recently revised.
The form is aligned with the Task element approach by Allan J Sayle. I have found this approach to accomplish and, reveal much regarding audits and assessments in general. I have made the leading questions as generic as possible and, I believe this form can be used across many business functions.
