The Food Timeline

They admit the timeline is not 100% accurate, but its interesting all the same. If you were to plot the development of food safety on the same timeline what would it look like? Any food safety historians out there?

Unfortunately it appears to have missed out on one commonly quoted food innovation, i.e. sliced white bread. Any ideas when this came in?

Absolutely no idea mate. I was astounding that pocorn came out around 3,600 BC - I would have guessed 1976.
