QA Packaging Technologist

Salary: £25,000 to £42,000

Job Description
Ideally educated to HND / Degree Educated in scientific/engineering discipline. At least three years experience within a Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, OTC medicines or food environment.
Exposure to MHRA/FDA requirements and development of new packaging specifications would be highly advantageous.
An in depth knowledge of packaging material, supply and packaging operations. In depth knowledge of Quality systems and packaging inspections processes. High level of computer literacy.
Auditor to BS6001, knowledge of PS9000 would be advantageous. Ability to make decision, solve problems, negotiate and communicate with others at all levels of the organisation whilst maintaining a strong customer focus.
