I want this gizmo because I can use it to write any as many audit findings in the walk in freezers for any and at the same time us it for spot checks during my buffet functions without having to carry a laser gun or sanitizer in case of a probe thermometer.

I want Gizmo, because I am an international Food Safety and Quality Lead Auditor, and so It can help me at Food Safety audits (BRC, BRC IoP, IFS, HACCP, ISO22000) and I can advise a good and functional device to my audited company by demontration.

You know this is our most successful competition ever. I think ‘finish the caption’competitions could be the way forward. Next year I will contact a few suppliers of relevant and interesting products to see if they would like to sponsor a competition.
