Hey guys,
Im trying to replace "Margerine" with another word on the labelling. Any suggestions?
So far i've thought of "Butter" and "Shortening".

Eugene

Hmmm, the use of the word margarine itself impose that the product contains possible unhealthy fats. In effort to elude the general society... i will replace it with...
Hydrogenated vegetable fat! Sounds much healthier!!

Hi Eugene,
I think if you only have Hydrogenated vegetable fat, you can try it - maybe by approving it by your country regulatories affairs to be sure you're right. Be careful if you export to countries which require accurate names and claims, official services will have the right to block your products.
If you have more than HV fat, I am not sure you can - cf. your ingredient list, but that's just my opinion!

Emmanuel.
