Hello from the new boy

Hello Everyone

Just registered today so not really sure how things work but hopefully will be useing the site quiet a bit.
By way of introduction, as the name would sugest, i am currently working in the smoked salmon industry with my main responsibility being on the Haccp side of things.
I am haccp team leader and carry out the internal audits for the company, with the exception of those for which i am primarily responsible, as well as supplier audits on the companys behalf.
The company i work for are currently Efsis higher/BRC accredited so hopefully i will be able to contribute to the forum as well as take out.
