Hi!!
Has anyone used the hygicult dipslides to detect E. coli, enterobacteriaceae and total bacterial counts in surfaces and hands?
These methods will be valid in place of external labs analysis?
They are so cheaper...
thank you all

So does anyone use hygicult dipslides?
That's is an interesting product but as a microbiologist, the colour compare is fairly inaccurate and I doubt it will be cheaper than conventional plating methods. If you are looking for cheap swab methods, the conventional and 'home made' ones will be much more cheaper.
ATP swabs are expensive
