Dear Sir,
Hi!
We are in the process of constructing bakery plant.
we need to have clarification regarding food processing area.

Is it necessary to have class 1 lakh area for bakery plant.??????
And in suadi arabiya country how frequently we can go for PMS of Clean room air handling unit.

second do we have name of supplier who can guide us.????

what is your mean about :"Is it necessary to have class 1 lakh area for bakery plant?"..
Is it talk about Classroom?.... if your answer is YEs.. so.. you have to define what is your classroom need... and you have to compare with standard (ISO Classroom)... and how frequent you have to monitoring he classroom hygiene is up to your choose of the classroom... the higher classroom ( 1000 more higher then 10000) the frequent more often....
