Translating Documents

We have developed a leaflet to give to all visitors and contractors to our site, particularly truck and tanker drivers, to let them know about our site rules, Health & Safety, and other information.
I have also attempted to translate this leaflet into French, Spanish, German and Dutch using Google language tools and a couple of translation sites off the internet, for any foreign visitors.
All I need to do now is to have them checked to make sure they make sense in their respective language, does anyone know anyone or a company that can do this, or if anyone wants to volunteer there might be a bottle of vinegar in it for them!!!
Thanks
Nadine

Nadine, I wouldn't trust google language tools, bablefish or any other 'non human' translation service to be anything more than close - especially when technical terms are involved. Try posting the document on here and see if any of our multi-lingual members can help you.

Its a double sided document, with a fair bit of information on there. I used two translation sites and translated it from English to the target language with one, and then back again using the other. It has been produced using Publisher, and for some reason I can't attach it to here!!!
I know what you mean about some of the translations being a bit dodgy, I had a nightmare trying to find the translation for safety harness in all of the languages!!
If anyone does have a bit of spare time on their hands, and feels like translating a section or two, I would be most grateful!!
The languages we need it in are French, German, Spanish and Dutch. If anybody wants to see my attempts, drop me a message and I will send it over to you.
Thanks
Nadine
