Hi, Everyone!

I'm Abel from the Philppines. I'm assigned in Quality Assurance and was given the task to create Quality Manual and implement HACCP system in my company but I don't know where to start. I come across this site while searching for some information that would help me get started.

Is the purpose of the HACCP and Q.manual for ISO 22000, BRC or ??

It's not for BRC, but as preparation for ISO.
