Traceability Procedure for Poultry Processing

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to implement a traceability procedure (Farm to Fork) for poultry processing. I have a separate inspection sheet for each processing step but I am not sure how I should put them all together in one form and call it as a traceability procedure.

I started with a definition of traceability and its importance and objectives. Then, I explained all the inspection procedures we do for each processing stage.

Is this how it should be done or I have mistaken? Please advise.

Regards,
Laila

Dear Laila,

I think you need to give us more explicit details of what you have already done if you need a useful evaluation.

The possible overall requirements in "traceability" are rather wider than indicated in yr post.
A lot of basic information is in these recent threads which i suggest you hv a look -
