How does this employer split 'continuous improvement' from 'managing an ISO9001:2000 compliant' QMS ?
Hi Martin,How does this employer split 'continuous improvement' from 'managing an ISO9001:2000 compliant' QMS ?
Perhaps the vacancy is specified by someone who hasn't got a clue what they're talking about; or it could be they just wanted to emphasise the role is more about floor walking than keyboard tapping. After all its continuous improvement rather than continued compliance that helps the company become more effective and profitable.
Let's hope it's the latter.
Regards,
Simon
