Job Summary
·Implement and manage BRC/IOP Technical Standard
·Internal Audits
·External supplier audits where appropriate
·Responsibility for ensuring all procedures are complied with by staff, including cleaning regimes, illness reporting etc.
·Managing employee training records, carrying out hygiene training etc
·Supplier non-comformances:
·Examination of incoming raw materials
·Issue of non-comformance reports
·Ensuring corrective action is taken
·Liaising with accounts for invoice credits etc
·Customer complaints
·Waste control-calculation of waste and liaison with accounts
