Where can I find an official list of controlled mycotoxins. I mean, in every country there should be a list of mycotoxins that should be only found in (raw) foods at concentrations below some stated maximal level. Testing these toxins is mandatory. Where can I find these?

dear cazyncymru, do you think this list is exclusive? I mean, what is not listed, indeed not controlled? Just for example you do not see CITREOVIRIDIN in this list. Citreoviridin is the cause of so called Acute BeriBeri Syndrome (very fatal and rapid poisoning associated with "yellow rice" - the rice exhibits yellowish coloration; I think Japanese do control it.
