Good evening all,
Currently i have joined Greenwich uni for Msc (by research) food safety and quality management programme. also i am in the meat processing industry since last 5 years.
can anybody suggest good research topic?

just share my opinion.. today we know that many food safety and qulaity management system.. and so many factory or manufacturer implement it... but no other one that have a system to measure effectiveness the food safety and quality management system..
so I think you can start to find how to measure effectiveness FSQMS..
and the other think is how safe the nano technology in food application

Reducing the levels of pathogens in raw beef seems to be a "hot topic" so that's what I would do my research on - and you will probably find a nice job based on the project afterwards.

Hi min,
I studied meat science for a few years and was given a pretty simple topic for a project, MAP packaging. I was amazed by the relationship between packaging and consumer perceptions of "fresh meat". There is a wealth of research still needed in this area. Seeing as consumers are what keeps us in our jobs in my opinion we cannot do enough research on this topic.
