Urghh!

The producer's nightmare.

BRC certified ??

I was rather surprised that the kids seemed to suffer far less reaction than their dad. Not exactly an every day occurrence after all. Well, presumably anyway.

The label is ingeniously positioned.

Considering the incident happened nearly 2 years ago, the bread looked remarkably well preserved, less so in the case of the mouse.

Doesn't say too much for the speed of British courts either.

Since audited, un-announced, by Tesco ??

From the story

A spokesman for Premier Foods said: "We apologise profusely for the distress caused as a result of this isolated incident.

"As soon as this complaint was made we stopped all bakery production at that site and appointed an independent specialist contractor to conduct a thorough investigation.

"They confirmed this to be an isolated incident, affecting a single product.

"There was no evidence of mice within the bakery and no history of any similar issues."

I didn’t realise mice came in ones.

If I were the editor of The Sun I could have had fun with this story.
