Biofilms

Hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone has bibliography on Listeria monocytogenes biofilms in food industry (i.e: good books, articles, magazines) or practical experience dealing with the problem (how was it detected, where - equipment, surface material, others - and how did you get rid of the biofilm). I´m experiencing some dificulties in finding biofilms for a research work and i would be very pleased to know others quality control technicians experience.
