Nowadays with business getting competitive, all company trigger 'cut cost' practice. Some company had actually use newspaper & recycle carton box as secondary & tertiary packaging for frozen product, especially vegetarian food producer.

Any comments on this?

I suppose it depends on the potential to contaminate and that could depend on the food product, type and configuration of the packaging and whether the packaging was taken into a food packing / manufacturing area. In general I would say no for secondary, but possibly for tertiary packaging.

Anyone else have an idea?
