Effective & Economic Method of testing chlorine Conc. in wash wate

Dear All

We are employing sodium hypochloride for washing fruits. The Conc. of chlorine which is maintained in fruit washing tanks ranges between 10 - 50 ppm. At present we are using chloro strips for testing the Conc. of chlorine in this wash water. This method is neither accurate nor economic considering the costs of single use strips. Can anybody suggest me some more practical & economic way. By the way this is an OPRP in our system so this is really important.

Bumpety Bump.
Accurate and presumably portable.? And relatively unskilled ?

> kits, eg DPD tablets.

Economic ? Depends on your budget.

Maybe you can use titrations to detect the concentration, not accurate like theLab method but better than chloro strips ,you can confect the liquid which per drop corresponds 10 ppm availability chlorine .
