Kathryn : Hello from ImEPIK in Florida
Karina Rodriguez : I've noticed too that companies that tend to have high turnover, are the ones that tend to say employees don't need to know; which is really counterintuitive. The issue really boils down to, why is there a high turnover (root cause analysis)? One way to actually retain employees is to actually train them. I find this a little funny in consulting too on the irony.

LAILAH NALWEYISO : How do we convince our bosses to have these in house trainings?
Kathryn : Our learners like that our software based PCQI training is self-paced and easy to remediate when they need deeper understanding for scenario assessements and other types of assessments. All of us need to emphasize more critical thinking exercises for food safety thinking and behaviors.
