Importance of transport cleaning validation and verification
Took Place:
Friday, February 21, 2025
Presenter:
Vladimir Surčinski, Dipl.Ing, IFSQN
Webinar Overview:
In recent years, the importance of transport hygiene—particularly for bulk food transport—has gained widespread attention following several high-profile recalls linked to inadequate sanitation and cross-contamination during transport. Research shows that many companies have not implemented adequate validation and verification of transport cleaning programs, putting food safety at risk.
