Is there anywhere I can advertise my services?

Hi All,

well the expected has happened and I'm unlikely to be able to get a part time job where I work.

I'm mulling around what to do next. Part of the plan could be consultancy / HACCP assistance but I have no idea of the market out there, whether I could do it part time and it's a big financial commitment to book a nursery for 3 days a week unsure if I'll get any work.

So... Is there a means I can dip my toe into the water and advertise through IFSQN or at least get an idea from other people doing similar things?

Thanks Simon, don't want to fall foul of any forum guidelines so I'll stop at that.

Hi GMO,

You are more than welcome to make this post and ‘dip your toe’ into the water. You have made 675 posts and that’s a huge contribution to the forums.

See what members come up with and if and when you are ready you can offer your services in the new buyers guide.

Although not directly involved with consultancy for food I will have a think also.

Best Wishes,
Simon
Bless you, thanks Simon, you're a star!

Where are you based?

Leicestershire at the moment.

Leicestershire at the moment.

I thought i might be able to throw some ad-hoc stuff your way

But we mainly work in the North East and Leicestershire to Durham is a bit of a commute!

We do occasionally venture out of 'gods country' though - so if anything comes up I'll give you a shout

Regards

Thanks Mike. Yep Durham is a bit of a trek. Only been there once, lovely place though.
