Greetings everyone.

In connection with some post graduate research I am conducting, I have designed a survey to analyze the role that third party audits play in the supply chain from small and medium-sized food manufacturers to retailers. I am attempting to broadcast the survey here to possibly generate additional sources of information to complement my research.

You can click this link to access our survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/57X637G

I will be most grateful for your input.

If you have any further questions or comments in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact me. My contact information is in the first page of the survey.

Happy New Year!
