Hello Zeeshan,
It is indeed a very nice e-training on allergens. There are however some pictures in the training, which I have never seen in practice. but then again, I have never visit a site that uses a allergen-free claim.
I was really disappointed on this picture: http allergytraining.food.gov.pdf 76.84KB 170 downloads.
Strange that the FSA indicates cleaning in the factory with such a pictogram.

This is another good website that we use in Australia in addition to what Zeeshan has mentioned from Food Standards Agency from UK. They are both good sites and will assist food industry vastly.
