Could you help me to find out Food Safety in dairy products please?
It is about
  • Fermented dairy products
  • Yogurt pro-biotic bacteria
  • precessing diagrams some dairy products (Kefir, yogurt, feta cheese,cheddar cheese)

The main concerns with these sort of products will be speed of acidification and final pH.
