You would normally contact your local Beth Din for guidance and audit etc. This website has a contact for someone local to you but no telephone number or email unfortunately:

I just sent a letter of intent to Kosher Philippines.
Hello

At the moment we're not kosher certified, but I looked into the proces of getting the plant certified.

Just a small but maybe important detail there are two 'types' of kosher certification.
- Kosher.
- Kosher for Passover (other and more requiremenst like no wheat, barkely, rye, oats and spelt).

Make sure you know what your customers requires!

Good luck!

Anne
