Dear Members,

If somebody has any idea, where shall I looking for these information, please do not hesitate to give me a helping hand.
Some of our dried herbs like: Valeriana officinalis, Levisticum officinale, Petroselinum crispum, Radix angelicae..but we got another 7-8 types.

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi newguy,

You could do a search on the codex site for: "herb, spice"

or you could follow the link below: :)

Hello newguy,

I've found it difficult sometimes to find specific micro limits on herbs or spices. I however have referenced (and been referred to) the European Herbal Infusions Association. They have some micro recommendations for untreated herbs.

See their publications here: http://www.ehia-onli...blications.html
These two might be the most useful:
Microbiological Status of untreated herbal materials
EHIA's recommended microbiological specifications 2011 combined

I don't know if it's totally applicable to what you're looking for, but I hope it helps.

Regards,
Lane
