Online Training and Certification in Food Safety and Quality

Hello all,

I am looking for online certifications for below:

1. HACCP
2. Auditing (Internal) possibly related to food safety systems
3. Lean manufacturing
4. Six Sigma

Basic idea is to have qualifications to apply for next level of job. I have completed my masters in food science and quite aware with all these but generally all job requirements include these things and ask for certifications.

You may want to consider ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications.
All it takes it to be able to confirm your education and experience, buy a book and pass a 4 hours multiple-choice exam.
