Does anybody have a HACCP review template to share?
Thanks
Dear aps,Does anybody have a HACCP review template they use so they can share. Currently we use just a general word doument to capture but i would like to structure it a bit more
Thanks
Do you mean a haccp audit checklist ? Or are you referring to verification step ?
Rgds / Charles.C
Things to include for review would be
Changes to
HACCP team
Process
Formulation, ingredients, packaging, or suppliers
Equipment
Storage conditions
Changes in any requirements by customers or regulatory that would affect your critical limits or frequency of your CCP's
any deviations and or corrective actions since last review
You might want to check out the earlier threads below for some sample HACCP review templates and useful discussion around the subject:

We are small factory and has just started our BRC certification and your attachment is very useful. thanks for sharing it. I want to ask, what does it mean with third party audit reports or EHO inspection??
Third party means external auditor like BRC auditor??
Who is first and second party auditor?
Hi Petronela,
EHO = Environmental Health Officer. In UK the government agency auditors who inspect food businesses and food service, hotels, restaurants etc.
1st party = internal audit
2nd party = customer audit
3rd party = certification body audit
I think that's correct.

Simon
