Middle Eastern Desserts
There are varieties of Middle East Sweets available online. However, the most favorite and preferred of them all is Baklava. This is because it is made up of a thick layer of nuts like pistachios, cashews, walnuts etc, The more nuts filling a Baklava has, the flavorsome and tastier it is. Apart than being tasty, Baklava is also a healthy treat since it is made up of, which makes Baklava a guilt free delicious dessert.

I prefer Balaklava, more chewy.

I understand why you feel that its not a healthy sweet, however, you must have noticed that many people have a hard time searching for healthy sweets because we by our nature cannot live without it and Middle Eastern sweets are healthy and are not too sweet. They have many health benefits besides being very tasty and appetizing. They are a good alternative for many other desserts that do not provide much nutritious ingredients like nuts and dates etc.
Uhm, it's not a healthy sweet. It's filled with sugar.

I know Middle Eastern food quite well. Yes, there are benefits to eating nuts. But I doubt there are benefits consuming the pastry or sugars.
