Microbiology animal feed (dry feeds) sector

I am in the animal feed (dry feeds) sector. Can anyone give me the lists of all possible microbes , bacteria that can present in the final products as well as their acceptable limits. I need to make a testing plan so as to be able to test for all possible bacteria / microbes
