Request for a sample quality manual for packaging material production

can any one help me by providing a sample quality manual for packaging material production facility. We are thinking of BRC/IOP implementation in our plastic bags (primary packages) and Expandable PolyStyrene (EPS) box making facility. I hope some one will help me,

Caveat: It is several years old and not up to date with latest hazards related to food packaging such as allergens, print control, security, migration etc.

It should give you a good idea how to get started.
