Listeria Testing

Our facilty has 1 RTE area and 2 NRTE areas. We currently do quarterly testing for Listera ssp. on non-food contact areas. Sometimes it feels like too much, other times it feels like too little...

I  think weekly is too much , unless you know you have a ongoing problem. A little like the plant that has an abundance of rodent traps and sticky boards.

I shows the observer, you have a rodent problem.
