Declaration of Compliance - label printers for the spirit industry

Hi,

 

We have recently been audited and we need to update the Declaration of compliance. We are a label printers for the spirit industry. Does anyone have a template I could use please

I will dig you a template out; I have one for direct food contact packaging that's based on the Flexible Packaging Europe model.  No doubt yours will be a lot simpler as your product is not direct food contact.  Leave it with me.
