Training Procedure for effective QMS
Dear all,
I am looking for some clarifications on the HR part related to an effective QMS.
For food safety and product related training we are having a procedure that QA takes care from scheduling to organizing the training programs. But for an effective QMS what are the HR process essential?
Does HR needs to be fully involved in QMS from
1. Recruitment of competent people
2. Induction trianings
3. Continuous trainings
4. Evaluation
5. Improvement with the process.
Is it possible to describe everything under one procedure that is HR process related to QMS or it can be done by QA department or it is essential that HR needs to be involved in QMS for these process?
Just in case any more ISO-challenged people out there, i assume HR = Human Resources
Rgds / Charles.C

Yes HR=Human Resources
The FSMS team may comprise personnel from QA as well as HR departments,on the assumption that the FSMS team in your organization is superior(ref.your organization chart) to the QA team.
The FSMS team may co-opt competent personnel, like Consultants, from outside the organization too.
