Freezer ice build up

Can anyone please suggest the reason and best method to prevent Ice build up on the door, floor and curtains of the freezer? The freezer stays at -18 C.

Does anyone have experience gluing consumer packaged food boxes for the freezer?
Is freezer and refrigerator storage considered prps?
Freezer a PC?
Does the freezer need to be on the flow chart as a preventative control
